When mental or Physical pain becomes unbearable

If you scroll through and scan through social media you will see that most people weather they are selling fitness, performance or a certain look will concentrate mostly on the Physical Side of getting results. This is fine nothing wrong with this at all...
But the images the Video’s the Programs that you see on the TV that are devised to either help you or make you feel so guilty that it might get you out of your chair to take some serious action.
Most People wait for physical pain or even psychological pain to kick start themselves in to some sort of gear. The Physical pain I am talking about is the pain of running for the bus and getting out of puff, the physical pain I talking about when you thighs rub at the top of your legs and it really is uncomfortable and it hurts, I could go on but you know what I am talking about, the Psychological pain is when someone calls you “FAT” or makes a comment that you have put on “Weight” or the pain of making love with the Lights on or you might just fed up of your partner commenting on other attractive human beings, even to the point you get in a rage about it, I know it sounds shallow, but as human beings we can be very shallow. Many cancer surgeons will tell you, many cancer patients who used to smoke will pack in smoking the next day once they have been told that they have cancer.
So as humans we push it until we get to mental or physical pain that we decide to do something about managing your health, well-being both physical and mental.
My advice for you today is look after your physical & mental wellbeing I know getting the balance right can be very tough in modern day times and you might not be in the right place either physically or mentally, but with a bit of physical planning you can get that side back on track which will help you mentally to.
After all a healthy body generally brings a healthy mind, but you still have to work on your mind and your mindset to transform your thoughts from where it currently it
