Two Exercise CPT Finisher

This is a CPT Finisher that you can do at the end of your a current workout that you do weather it is resistance training based or weather its aerobic or anaerobic based, it should not take no more than 6 minutes to complete this finisher.

So take a quick look at the video that I have done, which will show you these simple exercises that can you can do at the end of your workout. 

1st exercise do for 1 minute and go straight onto the second exercise and do for 10 reps, after this has been done take 30 seconds rest and repeat two more times.
