Make no mistake about anything, to do with Health, weight loss, fat loss, Performance, energy, building muscle your nutrition and hydration plays a BIG if not the biggest part in and for your outcomes.
And there are loads of ways of getting individuals the results they desire which is based on individuality and NOT on a one glove fits all.
This is why personally I don't put generic information out there, as i know they same glove Don't fit every hand.
There are loads of ways of getting nutrition principles right, some which are based on sound science that are sensible, some which will get you results which are very aggressive, manipulative but are hard to sustain and will have you feeling like "shit" if you do for too long.
The video I have uploaded today is a basic hierarchy of nutrition priorities, that will work when you go deeper into this.
Sometimes I use this model with clients, sometimes I don't it all depends, with each stages I do the Maths WHY? Because it works, if the client needs a more aggressive approach, then i need to know how mentally strong they are and do they need to be so aggressive.
