
Lower Back Exercise

One thing that is more than likely to happen to most of us, weather you are active or inactive weather it be through wear and tear or just through the aging process, that twinge, that quick twist, that loading of the Barbell, through challenging your body or through the EGO trying to impress your Training partner, when doing that “DEADLIFT” or the massive Squat.
You see most movements engage physically the core of your body, and when I say this most people will only think of the Abdominal Area, and you will see it in the gym people doing exercises that are very dominant of another, some will get away with this, and some will pay the PRICE at some point with a minor niggle or major injury.
A lot of People ignore doing Lower back strengthening work, doing lower Back Mobility work, and warming up their torso before physical and rigorous activity.
Any way in the Video I am showing you one exercise you can do that can help strengthen your Lower back.
