
Five things you can change today that can make a difference

Well you might be reading this blog post and think I need to change some things what I am doing right now for a lot of different reasons, but I wonder if you be can be bothered, after all it depends on what changes that you really want to make and your current mind-set
- Reduce your social media time: whatever most people cannot do, or for whatever reasons people make excuses as to why they cannot do something, most of it will boil down to time, we have all heard it or made our very own excuses as to the reason why we have not done something, but did you know the main reason might be you are spending too much time on social media which is a time killer. Did you know the average person spends 135 minutes per day on social media and it seems to be increasing, so cut out that shit
- Do a few positive rituals per week: this is quite easy until you do it, but by doing it, it can have a massive positive effect on your life. So you might be asking. What are the three things i can do in a week which I can do, what I am not doing at the minute. Well let’s say this, what things will make you very happy and energized. I cannot answer that for you, as that’s very personal and can be soul searching, but as a example, visiting three family members a week, doing three different exercise classes you enjoy doing a week, three gym visits per week, eating three diners in a week that you or your family enjoy, read a book that you will enjoy reading, take a walk, take a long or short drive weekly, if you can afford buy a gift for someone every week or month (Could cost you a hundred pound or one pound) someone will really appreciate your sentiments, do that shit.
- Do a little more movement today: Ok so you might not wanting to be in the next Olympics, or have a desire be an amateur or world boxing champion, but a little movement a few times a week, can be the medicine you need, over the tablets the General Practitioner might want to prescribe for you when you are sick or feeling low. The thing is this DON’T OVERKILL yourself which is what most people do, just start at a gentle pace and build up your FITNESS as you are NOT or I don’t think you are a high Performance athlete.
- Learn to eat real foods: Real foods and nutrients from real foods are the best source of foods to signal your body for better health and for daily optimum Performance. So real foods normally come from the earth, and are not synthetic. So as the old saying used to be “Two meat and veg” are what needs to be on your plate, this what has always be how we used to eat. With the advent of GMO foods, it’s up to you to really make sure that you know where your foods are sourced from, as at the end of the day an egg is not just an egg, as one chicken may have been fed good feed, and the other might have been free to roam, while the other may have been in a battery situation and be very stressed while producing eggs, which generally might not be the BEST is your looking at A1 health. So learn to cook and learn to eat real foods.
- Stop saying Yes: Stop saying yes to people when really you mean “NO” I don’t need to go into this but life is a lot better when YOU can look someone in the FACE and say “NO” not that you are being an asshole, but more so that you are not hurting any-ones feelings, more that you are keeping it very true and real, maybe for some of you this one is VERY HARD but you need to be true and “Honest” to your own self and your soul.
