Hey, make no mistake through my very own experience if you ask a client at the consultation stage, if they have any physical injuries or have had anything that had hindered their movement, you will hear generally lower back, or some form of lower back strain.

Weather the pain be
temporary,
permanent
or very chronic and may be in need of Surgery.

The Video I have done to help those that are looking doing some lower back exercises that can help strengthen your lower back, and if your back is in a healthy state or if you do suffer from a little lower back pain.
