Human being are amazing, we can and are set to do some amazing things in our lifetime, it’s also sad that some people have some habits that will keep them in the sea of sameness for the rest of their life.

There are a few things about human behaviour that I totally understand, then, there are some that don’t make any. Do you remember that track from the Boomtown Rat’s “I Don’t Like Mondays” Just imaging if you keep hearing that on a Sunday Night how you will wake up on a Monday morning, and this is some of the negative self talk and doubt talk that People tell themselves on a second, hourly, daily basis and some people it’s NOT that they are negative it’s just that they are following what they are seeing or hearing.

A lot of people will see Monday as a RESET day, they had bad week, last week or a few bad days, or they have decided enough is enough I am starting my weight loss plan, my muscle Building plan, I am going to walk into that gym for the first time, start guitar lessons, ask that hot chick out on a date, ask the boss for a pay rise, Start their own business I really could go on, but people just put it off and use a Monday or the first of January whatever year as some  RESET DAY, Something magical is going to happen and it never does or is very short lived, Your intentions are good, but your Actions are what really let you down, or your inconsistency and lack of discipline is to be blamed.

Actually you can start anything, you want, any day that you want, you just have to really make up your mind and let the setbacks come, evaluate them, process them quickly and go again, it’s not the end of the world and you don’t have to waste to much time over-thinking things through that never went right, and you don’t have to set these “Masterful days” of starting either. Just get your ass into gear.
