CPT Exercise shoulder Endurance circuit workout
Today I have uploaded a CPT shoulder endurance workout for you to give a blast. You don’t need any big gym weights or any massively loaded Barbell, all that you need is two tin of beans, or a set of Dumbell’s you will not need anything weighing more than 4kg in each hand.
What do you have to do?
All you need to do is make sure that you warm up for 8-10 minutes. Once you have warmed up.
Do each exercise for one minute with no rest as you transition onto the next exercise, when you have done one set, then you can take a one minute rest, like you would if you are doing a Boxing round, yes have boxing in mind as always. You need to do 3 or about 4 sets and you have completed the full workout. Yes it needs to challenge you or it’s a waste of time. This workout works all the heads of your shoulders, so it’s not overloading just one part of your shoulders.
A note for the Body builders who work at low reps all the time, why not try something a little different and let me know how you get on, also if you are an active fighter this is more than ok weather you are in season or out.
