So are you up for doing a CPT 3 minute circuit stressor, this is best to be done at the end of you Boxing of main Boxing component session and is devised for you to give it all that you have got left in your energy tank, all that you need is space, energy and the attitude to give it your best shot. I would advise you to do two laps watch the video, the exercises are all there and just follow what one of my clients is doing upon the screen it’s that simple, let me know how you got on doing it, remember challenge yourself and work to your very own level.
