
4 Exercises you can do for better Sex Part one

It’s never a surprise when I hear clients tell me how they are and have been happy with the results that they have been getting, more importantly the benefits they have been getting, both mentally and physically, great, through the process of physical and nutritional coaching. So it’s not any form of surprise is when I hear both female and male clients say how the sex has now become much better, and the energy is much more higher than normal. Well if the truth be known, sex should be better if you are leaner, fitter and stronger, weather you are a female or male.
Well the stronger you are the better your quality of life will be normally be it’s a FACT, the weaker you are the more prone to injuries, and this can lead to self-doubt and self-confidence. Well Sex is a thing that is a big part of most couples relationship, but if you are not strong and you don’t have the stamina to last the duration of your sexual encounter. SEX can be a confidence thing mentally, but physically at least you can work on this, through exercises that you can do in the gym or strength room, now there is a lot to good sex than just the physical sex, mental sex and good nutrition is a must for sure.
So what I have done in the Part one video is give you four exercises that will improve your strength in the BEDROOM, and your partners enjoyment levels also.
