Hey welcome to this week’s round one. Did you watch the whyte vs Chisora fight on sat it certainly went as i thought it would, I thought whyte would have to boss it in the last half, but full credit must be given to war Chisora for taking his conditioning and nutrition seriously and looking in condition to fight. If you have worked with me before you will know this is what I advocate, because it’s about the marginal gains even though it takes one shot to knock you out.

 

So are you one of these I must get my workouts done type that always has to get it done? Well if you tell me YES, I will tell you, you do have the days also when you just cannot be bothered to.

I have been around this game long enough to know that you have days when you feel

Listen even athletes and fitness and conditioning professionals get days like this when they would like to do a little on themselves but it’s not meant to be at that particular time on that particular day, so either do two things, either just get on with it, and force yourself into the workout, let me tell you tho, because of your mindset you might not enjoy it, as your forcing yourself or just leave it for that time and do later of leave it for that day, don’t feel guilty, just regroup both mind and body, recharge both mind and body with good nutrition rest and recuperation come again, and do the workout that you wanted to do, you will and can feel better for this.

 

So do what you have to do, and unless you are on a camp for a up and coming contest or for an event that needs a good performance or which you are working of a schedule, then sometimes say no, and equally sometimes when you hear the voices saying you don’t feel like it challenge the feeling.
