OATS, YOGHURT AND FRUIT

How to make this healthy breakfast

As simple as it sounds, this provides a better alternative to a bowl of cornflakes, as it combines protein and oats fats from the yoghurt to increase satiety and fullness.

INGREDIENTS

  • 60g oats
  • 150g of Greek yoghurt
  • A big handful of two of your favourite fruits
  • (Optional 1 scoop of whey)

PREPARATION

Simply combine the yoghurt and oats (and whey as desired) in a bowl. Slice the fruit on top and away you go. Feel free to add nuts, honey or dried fruit. The combinations are endless.

This can be made in the time it takes your toaster to burn your toast.
