I did this video today as I want to talk about guidelines after a conversation with a active fighter last night.

He was telling me that he is following the exact nutritional plan of a famous fighter as he read if from a magazine and decided to plan and follow what he was doing?

He said to me all the guidelines are there for him to follow. So i asked him what results has he got from following his nutritional plan, he said “not much”.

So let’s just touch the surface, when you are given a guideline with your nutrition, you normally you have to tweek the macronutrients, micronutrients and timing around your training and lifestyle until you find your personal “BLUEPRINT”

 

So it’s cool to follow a guideline, providing it’s based around your wants and needs. But adjust it as you need too again until you find the right “BLUEPRINT”
