Boxing Fat loss fitness class in Nottingham
This time of year a lot of people have aspirations of changing the way how they look and starting some form of fitness regime.
This year is no different, but i am asking you to come and try something very different that is geared towards those that really are not interested in become a world boxing champion or having a fight.
This class is a fat burning boxing class in which the emphasis is for you to doing a little bit of boxing training without too much emphasis on technique.
So you can expect to hit the punch bags, hit the focus pads, do a little bit of fitness work and finish of with some body weight and body shaping exercises all within an hour.
You can expect to burn a lot of calories about round 600-800 and raise your fit bit steps up within the hour, so if you are following a nutritional plan as well as doing this work-out you can expect to lose weight and burn fat.
By doing this weekly workout you can expect to
- Have fun get motivated and meet new people
- Improve your fitness, learn a new skill and feel great
- Lose weight, reduce body fat, increase strength and endurance
- Reduce fat around stubborn areas
- Let off your anger and feel calm and relaxed after
Please remember this class is for people who are quite new to boxing or may have done a little before but don’t have any desire to fight, (If you desire that level or would to complete, send me a personal message).
The Session will be a challenge, that you can take and be your very own champion, females this class is devised with you in mind.
